Why We Built This
Our Story
Most business education is built for one of two audiences: large enterprises with dedicated L&D budgets, or people who haven't built anything yet. Business owners who've already built something real, and are trying to scale it further, are left with generic frameworks that were never designed for their stage of growth.
Poornatha was built to close that gap, working directly with 6,300+ entrepreneurs and 2,06,600+ students across 12 languages and 3 countries. The 1000 Crore Club is the most structured expression of that work: a program built from what we've seen actually move a business from owner-led operations to an institution that runs beyond its founder.
